Timing is everthing. I didn't make it to my controlled hunt at Lexington.
However I saw a monster on Steelforce's lease property west of Tryon yesterday evening. Hopefully tonight he'll be on his way to Kelly's.

No, we're north of 105. Steelforce's family actually leases the property but he lets me hunt it with him.
I saw my monster again yesterday, on a trail a few yards from when I saw him last time. Problem is, all I could see was from the bottom of his ears up. No shot. If he comes out again I'll get him.

what time have you been seeing deer, cause I hunt near you.. have you seen them w/does or by themselves..?? I seen a monster yesterday here in town 25 yards from the street on my way home yesterday, he was with a doe.. that guy looked like that non-typical you killed but was wider and taller.. had the same kinda rack though.. he also had about a 6inch kicker on his left side

about 15 minutes before it's dark. Monster has been alone, but I have been seeing a young buck with three does, too. You might have seen the does in a field on the north side of 105, east side of Headquarters Creek. Monster has been in an isolated 3 acre unplanted field.
The one your talking about sounds familiar. What street was he by?
