I killed two buffaloes this week with my Panther .308. Both of them dropped in their tracks.
I also killed a cow with my .500 S&W. It dropped like a rock, too.
I can't really call them hunts, though. Just a "get out of the truck and shoot sort of thing".
I love my job.

You will have at least four more this year. We still have the fall dance and the eagle clinic this year. I think they picked a good person for the job another redneck just like me. You know we are the only one they call when they need some critters killed and the best part about it is that its all OT.

Got some new property a long the river 584 acres for use to hunt and fish. The owner said she seen a ten point last year that would go 180 or more. The owner also said there are some go rocks along the river to. All we have to do is Kill the problem thats been killing there caves. I am going to go look at it this weekend and get the key.

Overtime to kill something is cool. Is the river property just to the east of where I got the little button 2 years ago?

I was an assistant hunting guide in Alaska for a season. A friend and I had a rich developer in Buddha, Texas willing to invest a million into a lodge and outfitters service, after we became registered Guides. I would handle the river guiding and fishing in the summer and help with the hunting in the fall. After a season we mutually decided to call him up and say "Thanks, but no thanks." Gettign paid to hunt and fish is fun. Getting paid to make other people successful at hunting and fishing is hard work.
