cut the breast out and deep fry it with salt, pepper, dip in egg and then in flour. Also if you happen to come across any mushrooms deep fry them too.

If you choose to bake your turkey follow common instructions, but use a half and half mixture of dr. pepper and honey to baste. It has a mild sweet taste on the skin and helps keep the rest of the bird juicy.

I know a lot of people who just cut the breast out, but dont forget the thighs and drums. Great for soups and dumplings, and to make great broth with.

i used the mix but threw a little Cajun seasoning to it gave it a nice spicy flavor
