What hunting Rifle do you use most?
I use a H&R Handi-gun 30/06 single shot with a 4x12 variable scope. Shoot my own reloads in it. Cheap gun but I killed a Wild Hog 213 Yards with it last year. One shot behind the front legs.

I have a Savage 111 in .30-06, prior to the AccuTrigger. I've been playing with reloads, but haven't found the "sweet" load yet. I generally shoot 165 or 168 gr. bullets with it, but I am playing with stuff clear down to a 125 gr. The gun also likes 150 gr. stuff as well. Nothing is super accurate, but then again, neither am I! I can shoot about 1.5 inch groups at 100, but I would like to see stuff around an inch. Maybe I'm asking for too much.
For shotgunning, I bought a Browning Gold Hunter in 20 ga. last year at a DU banquet, absolutely love it. I barely shot my Beretta O/U in 12 ga last year, so much softer and lighter, I just love the Browning. And on doves, I love having that third shot.

My favorite hunting rifle is a Glenfield Mod 30 , Marlin 30/30
My Dad gave it to me when I was 11 yrs old and I have killed most of my deer with it and a truck load of hogs. This gun is always ready to go

Handi in .243 for deer. Started reloading in 2005 and found a great load using Varget and a Nosler 95gr bullet. Used it to take a 8 point last November. Felt great using my own reloads to take a deer.
If the weather is nice, I break out my Remington 742 in .30-06. It is an older gun but it handles well and shoots great. I try not to get it out in the rain.
For black powder, I have a CVA inline, .50 cal.

Lever action 30/30 is hard to beat. I have 2 old Winchesters that I use for my truck guns. They are both very accurate, even though they are throwed around a lot.

Anxious to try out a new favorite. Rescued a Winchester 670 in 30-06 from one of my favorite pawn shops. Not pretty, but a good shooting rifle.

I will always use my Remington 700 sendero chambered in .300 remington ultra mag. It has a stainless steel 26 inch fluted barrel and an H S Precision stock. A Leupold 3.5x14x50 variable (with Boone and Crocket bullet drop recticle) sits atop it with leupold mounts and rings, and it's outfitted with a harris by-pod. I shoot two inch groups constistantly at 500 yards. add the extras to this to get my rifle I have used Apexpreditor's remington 700 30-06 to take small buck at a very long distance. Apexpreditor, me (from mywifeandme), and I walked the distance out. It was an amazing 842 yard shot.

I have a remington 788 in .308 win with a 4x scope. It has been through so much I had to reblue and refinish a few years ago. Last month at the range I shot a shot, 1/2" group at 100 yards. Handloads

My favorite rifle here in Ok is a Ruger M77 MII in 30-06 with a Mannlicher stock & 4x32 scope. It's a pleasure to shoot and is always good to go out to 200 yds. After 3 to 4 four shots at the range the shots will start walking a bit because of the Mannlicher stock but then again all ya need is one good shot when deer or hog hunting.
