2 lbs white rice 1 lb ground meat 1 lb breakfast sausage 2 frozen bags of seasoning blend (Onions, Bell Peppers and Celery all chopped up about 1.5 pounds total) 6 or 8 chicken livers Cajun Seasoning 2 sticks of butter or margarine
Cook the rice in a big pot and set it to the side. Brown the livers in a pan and set them to the side. Cook the Ground Meat and Sausage along with the seasoning blend. While it is cooking chop the chicken livers up real fine.
when the meat/sausage/seasoning mixture is done drain the grease and add it and the chopped chicken livers to the rice. Add the butter and stir it all together until the butter is evenly distributed. Season to taste with the Cajun Seasoning.
If someone you know doesn't like liver you can leave them out. It is still darn good.
