Come on peoples. Tomorrow starts muzzleloader season, and I want to see some pictures. So grab your smoke stick, put your camera in your pocket and get out to the deer woods.  Or, you could just tell us about the one that got away.  We've all got those stories. |

Good luck tomorrow everyone. I've heard the little bucks are trying to chase a few does so maybe the big boys will be curious. It is supposed to be a very good day weather wise.

November 10 is start day for me.  Lexingtn WMA for a controlled Rifle Hunt. Scouted for a little while and saw lots of sign. Hopefully this cold weather will knock the leaves off and the grass down soon. There was abundant soft browse, persimmons, grapes, berries. Deer should be fat and Rutty. |

Let 5 does and babies go by,had a small 4 point hang around for a while and saw a decent buck cross a highline clearing about 300 yards away.

I saw a fat spike up here in Northwest Arkansas today. Thought about running out in traffic but decided on the woods instead. Big body for a spike.

saw a nice 8-point a while ago. He was following a doe. She would bed down and he would push her back up again. This happened several times before they were into the trees where I couldn't see.
