I cut a Bois D'arc limb about 7 years ago that was 7 feet long and straight as a rope. We split it and put it in my Father-In-Law's shop up in the rafters after I sealed the ends. SHould have made several beautiful staves. My Mother-In-Law didn't like where we had it for some reason and stuck it under a shed. By the time the bugs got finished with it what was left wasn't worth knife handles. Now I know why people tell Mother-In-Law jokes.

Stay married. It gets a lot worse.
I had two skull mounts that my ex-mother in law put in a burn pile. Damage was too massive to recover.

I feel for ya. Before the wife and I found a plae to live we kept my bear rug at the In-Laws. She didn't want it on the wall beause it would slobber on her sofa. I'm tellin' ya, we could write our own sitcom.

Kind of a cross between The Foxworthy show and the Bill Engvall show added to Country Fried Videos.
Might make some money with it.

My lovely wife bought a new bow this yr. after using a z-light for 11yrs. I am shooting now a Mathews Switchback XT (08) with Extreme sights. I have a 5 arrow soft-lock quiver. I use Gold Tip arrows with 100 grain muzzys. I have a wrist strap and shoot with orange string loop with wrist release. I also use a whisker Biscuit arrow rest. Jon N. ok changed a few things for the new yr. I am now using G5 Tekan broadheads, They fly sooo good, Using a scott wrist release, and I dont know if any of you guys use a string tamer but it made my Xt even quieter. The String tamer is 44.99 at the Bass pro but well worth the dollars. Jon Navarro

Heard you missed on opening day. Don't worry it happens to all of us and it will happen again. Just stay in the woods and you will eventually get another shot.
